I work with women who have chronic health, disability or body image challenges to help them show up in life and confidently go after the BIG things they desire.

As someone who was diagnosed with a chronic health condition (which I now consider a disability) at age 12, I hated my body for decades and it held me back big time.

When I started my business in 2015, I was terrified to show up in pictures and video was an absolute hell no. I was so scared people would leave me mean comments, heckle me, or that I wouldn’t be perfect. This left my business faceless (and broke!) until I could confidently put myself out there.

In dating, I was also always anxious to show up, go on dates, let my body be seen and was worried no man would ever love me because I was a burden.  I went on hundreds of first dates and was on and off the dating apps for 13 years before meeting my husband.

I know how important the confidence work is to our ability to show up, sell, and create our $8K months.

I also know how most other programs aren’t accommodating for those of us with chronic health challenges/disabilities/body image stuff and that there's more work that goes into this for us to be able to put ourselves out there consistently.
